Shipping to the European Union

Please note that we are currently unable to ship to the EU and NI this is due to new GSPR rules which come into effect on 13th December 2024. We hope to be able to fulfil your orders again very soon; in the meantime, if you’d like to discuss a commission, please email the studio, and we can work on a bespoke solution for you.

Returns

We hope you are happy with your purchase; however, if you are unhappy, we guarantee to refund any unsuitable items if notified within seven days of receipt of your order.

The item must be returned within 14 days of being sent out in an unused, saleable condition with any packaging still in place. Please notify us ASAP if you are sending items back. 

We cannot refund the items until we have received them at the studio, so be sure to send them by recorded delivery.

We cannot refund the postage paid.

You will be refunded in the same manner in which you paid.

Payments

All transfers conducted through Georgia Bosson are handled and transacted through third-party dedicated gateways to guarantee your protection.

Card information is not stored, and all card information is handled over SSL encryption.
