Shipping to the European Union

As the UK has left the European Union, orders shipping to EU countries will no longer be charged UK VAT.

Orders shipping to addresses within the EU will now be billed local VAT and may be subject to additional handling charges upon delivery. You can check your country’s standard VAT rates.

Returns

We hope you are happy with your purchase; however, if you are unhappy, we guarantee to refund any unsuitable items if notified within seven days of receipt of your order.

The item must be returned within 14 days of being sent out in an unused, saleable condition with any packaging still in place. Please notify us ASAP if you are sending items back. 

We cannot refund the items until we have received them at the studio, so be sure to send them by recorded delivery.

We cannot refund the postage paid.

You will be refunded in the same manner in which you paid.

All transfers conducted through Georgia Bosson are handled and transacted through third-party dedicated gateways to guarantee your protection.

Card information is not stored, and all card information is handled over SSL encryption.
